Personal Experience

Ire is currently the Head of Corporate Department, in the firm of Musibau Adetunbi, SAN & Co. She is a result-oriented and passionate legal practitioner, who exudes great initiative and thrives on being client centric in her approach to issues. Ire has vast knowledge and experience in Corporate matters, Commercial Litigation, Labour and Employment law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Banking law.

She was in the Commercial Litigation arm of the firm of Musibau Adetunbi SAN & Co where she has handled several cases ranging from Commercial transactions, Labour and Employment matters, Matrimonial Matters etc. Due to her vast knowledge and experience in Corporate matters, she has over the years represented a number of clients (both local and international) in Corporate Advisory, Corporate Governance, and Capital Markets issues. Ire’s result-driven orientation has continued to expand which has earned her several appearances in all the superior courts of records in Nigeria.
