Ijeoma is a highly industrious and versatile lawyer who believes that the legal profession is not limited to litigation. Her approach to practice is multifaceted hence, beyond litigation, she has acquainted herself with other areas of law, with a high level of expertise in Real Estate Transactions and Corporate Commercial Compliance.
As a Counsel in the firm, Ijeoma’s experience and zeal has put her in the fulcrum of successful real estate transactions, involving commercial banks and multinational companies, as well as individuals. She has a penchant for details hence negotiation and facilitation of credit transactions is one of her areas of expertise.
Although open to litigation, she is a huge proponent of Alternative Dispute Resolution. She believes that ADR goes a long way to preserve diplomatic relations and societal harmony.
Finally, Ijeoma aligns with the ideology of Lord Denning that “God forbid that a lawyer should know all the law”, but he should at least know where to find it. This principle has propelled her in building her research skills which can be described as nonpareil, and of course, what is a lawyer without research?
