Ire Egert-Olusesi is the Managing Partner of the firm, previously serving as the Head of Litigation. Earlier in her career, she led the Corporate Department of the firm. As a Managing partner she oversees matters in the litigation, corporate and administrative arms of the firm. She handles cases across Commercial Transactions, Labour and Employment Matters, and Matrimonial Matters. Her extensive expertise in Corporate Matters has established her as a trusted advisor to local and international clients in Corporate Advisory, Corporate Governance, and Capital Markets.
